Troy Mar­shall has been a roof­ing and sid­ing pro­fes­sion­al since the ear­ly 1970s. While work­ing for oth­er roof­ing com­pa­nies, Troy found that he enjoyed the sat­is­fac­tion he received from help­ing cus­tomers real­ize their home improve­ment dreams. With the desire to make a career of help­ing home­own­ers and the deter­mi­na­tion to build his own com­pa­ny cen­tered on cus­tomer ser­vice, Troy formed Mar­shall Roof­ing in 1980. Through­out the years, pro­vid­ing the high­est lev­el of cus­tomer ser­vice and 100% home­own­er sat­is­fac­tion have been the dri­ving prin­ci­ples of Mar­shall Roof­ing. Troy con­tin­ues to oper­ate his com­pa­ny based upon the age-old con­cepts that the cus­tomer is always right, and that each and every home­own­er deserves to receive good val­ue for their mon­ey. For the past 20 years, Mar­shall Roof­ing has main­tained the top rat­ing from the non-prof­it Wash­ing­ton Con­sumers’ CHECKBOOK for qual­i­ty, based upon cus­tomer reviews. Mar­shall Roof­ing is also high­ly rat­ed on Angie’s List, and has earned their Super Ser­vice Award SIX con­sec­u­tive years! Mar­shall Roof­ing con­tin­ues to have the high­est num­ber of con­sumer reviews for both of these sites so you can feel com­fort­able in know­ing that these rat­ings are not based upon just one or two favor­able expe­ri­ences – but hundreds.
