Slow Cook­er Chick­en Faji­ta Soup

Ingre­di­ents
1 lb bone­less, skin­less chick­en breasts

2 cans con­densed cream of chick­en soup

1 cup salsa

2 cups frozen corn

1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 1/2 cups water

1 tea­spoon cumin

1/2 tea­spoon dried cilantro (option­al)

1 cup ched­dar cheese, shredded
