As we bring in this new year we would like to thank you for your inter­est, and your con­tin­ued sup­port of Mar­shall Roof­ing, Sid­ing & Win­dows. I began Mar­shall Roof­ing 37 years ago based with a vision to pro­vide the best cus­tomer ser­vice with high stan­dards and ethics. We’ve seen many other com­pa­nies come and go, but with clients like you, we have man­aged to stay busy and employ nearly 40 employ­ees. Our staff also believes in this busi­ness and the integrity of the com­pany. All of our employ­ees have been with us for numer­ous years! Our reviews have remained favor­able, and we want to again say thank you for a great 2016 and here’s to 2017

 Warm up this Jan­u­ary with this chicken tortellini soup recipe!
 
Creamy Tus­can Gar­lic Tortellini Soup
 
Ingre­di­ents
  • 2 Table­spoons butter
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 3 cloves gar­lic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1 15 ounce can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated parme­san cheese
  • 1 Table­spoon ital­ian seasoning
  • 1 tea­spoon salt
  • ¼ tea­spoon pepper
  • 2 cups cooked and shred­ded chicken (or a rotisserie)
  • 9 ounce refrig­er­ated tortellini
  • 2 cups spinach
