Mar­shall Roof­ing began 38 years ago based with a vision to pro­vide the best cus­tomer ser­vice with high stan­dards and ethics. We’ve seen many other com­pa­nies come and go, but with clients like you, we have man­aged to stay busy and con­tinue to grow. Our staff also believes in this busi­ness and the integrity of the com­pany. All of our employ­ees have been with us for numer­ous years! Our reviews have remained favor­able, and we want to again say thank you for a great 2017 and here’s to 2018

Fun Recipe
 Warm up this Jan­u­ary with this chicken chili soup recipe!
 
Creamy Chicken Chili Recipe   
 
Ingre­di­ents
    • 1 table­spoon but­ter or oil
    • 1½ cups white onions, diced
    • 1 lb chicken thighs, chopped
    • 2 tea­spoons gar­lic, minced
    • 4 oz can diced green chiles
    • 1 table­spoon cumin
    • 1 table­spoon oregano
    • 1 tea­spoon smoked paprika
    • ½ tea­spoon cayenne pepper
    • 3–4 cups chicken broth
    • 3 (16 oz) cans of white beans (I love using a vari­ety: gar­banzo, white kid­ney and great northern)
    • ½ cup heavy whip­ping cream
    • 3 cups Mex­i­can blend cheese + more for topping
    • Fresh pars­ley or cilantro, garnish
