Choos­ing a con­trac­tor for your home is very impor­tant. No one should gam­ble or play games with their expen­sive assets. Here are some tips to choos­ing a great con­trac­tor for your home. 
 
  1. Make sure the con­trac­tor has a per­ma­nent place of busi­ness. 
  2. Be cer­tain that the con­trac­tor has ade­quate insur­ance.
  3. Get a copy of their Work­man’s Com­pen­sa­tion and Gen­er­al Lia­bil­i­ty Insur­ance.
  4. Make sure they have a long estab­lished busi­ness to be sure they will be there for pos­si­ble war­ran­ty issues. 
  5. Ask about all war­ranties includ­ing work­man­ship war­ranties which pro­tect against faulty work.
  6. Get detailed infor­ma­tion. Make sure you feel the work is cus­tomized for your home specif­i­cal­ly.

Pull-Apart Broc­coli Chick­en Alfre­do Lasagna Rolls
Ingre­di­ents
for 8 serv­ings
 
  • non­stick cook­ing spray
  • 2 cups (250 g) shred­ded chick­en, cooked
  • 2 cups (300 g) broc­coli, fine­ly chopped
  • 2 cups (200 g) shred­ded moz­zarel­la cheese, divid­ed
  • ½ cup (50 g) shred­ded parme­san cheese
  • 1 tea­spoon salt
  • ½ tea­spoon pep­per
  • 1 tea­spoon gar­lic pow­der
  • 2 cups (520 g) alfre­do sauce, divid­ed
  • 12 wide lasagna noo­dles, cooked
  • 1 table­spoon fresh pars­ley, chopped, for gar­nish
