Daily:

  • 5 or more cups of fruits & veggies
  • 3 servings dairy
  • 3 or more servings whole grains
  • a handful of nuts/seeds
  • (optional) 1-2 drinks of wine or other alcohol
  • stay hydrated with water throughout the day

Weekly:

  • 2 or more servings seafood
  • 2 or more servings beans
  • 2 or less servings red or processed meats
