Their Senior Estimator/project manager Doug walked through their bid, explained how theirs might differ from others we received and gave us a variety of options. After we decided to choose their company for roof replacement, there was clear and timely communication about schedules and expectations. I particularly like that they did not ask for a deposit- just payment upon completion. The roof installment team was professional and cleaned the sight thoroughly at the end of each work day. The new roof looks great.
