We’ve seen many other companies come and go, but with clients like you, we have managed to stay busy and continue to grow. Our staff also believes in this business and the integrity of the company. All of our employees have been with us for numerous years! Our reviews have remained favorable, and we want to again say thank you for a great 2017 and here’s to 2018

Fun Recipe of the Month

Fun Recipe
 Warm up this January with this chicken chili soup recipe!
 
Creamy Chicken Chili Recipe   
 
Ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
    • 1½ cups white onions, diced
    • 1 lb chicken thighs, chopped
    • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
    • 4 oz can diced green chiles
    • 1 tablespoon cumin
    • 1 tablespoon oregano
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 3-4 cups chicken broth
    • 3 (16 oz) cans of white beans (I love using a variety: garbanzo, white kidney and great northern)
    • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
    • 3 cups Mexican blend cheese + more for topping
    • Fresh parsley or cilantro, garnish
